Weed short term effects?

well some of the effect im a bit weary about that i get, is that it makes me twitch, get it i get random muscle movement its weird for like 15mins and goes, i still get the normal giggly effects and happy and energetic, its great and all. but is the twitching normal, also i cant talk i stutter no words can be pronounced? my friends dont really get it. also im a quite lazy person at home and ive noticed, when ever i smoke weed it makes me want to do chores, when i get home it makes me want to get the dishes washed and get the hover out and hover, is this normal does anyone else get this too? i know that the strain i do is sativa, but even if my friends do some they get that relaxed feeling.
