Any good of a graphics card for casual gaming?

Do you think that an NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS with 256MB dedicated system memory is good enough to run games like Doom 3, FEAR, UT3, and Quake 4 on around medium (hopefully higher) settings? If not, what games can it run, and what games would you recommend, out of curiosity.
