I can't connect to matchmaking server it stock there? a few days back it seems ok but since yesterday was gone?

I'm using ps3 and i'm here in Kuwait..pls help me i don't know why its happened, my internet connection was ok but still i can't connect it still stock to matchmaking server..INfinityward ATTENTION! here in kuwait..
