Please help my sister with her divorce and child!?

I am writing on behalf of my sister. She is 20 years old in the Army reserves. She move to Texas from North Carolina to be with her boyfriend. She ended up getting pregnant which is why she moved w/ him and his family. Then they got married. Just a year later, she got an apartment but he refused to pay the bills and then he left and went back to his parents. He took his car and she didnt have a way to work so she quit her job, then got evicted from her apt. She tried to move back w/ him and his family but they kicked her out and took her child. Please keep in mind that he is mexican and his family have been using her info to get their way. Some of them are not legal and we dont know if he finally got his citizenship bc he was not legal when she last spoke with him. But now he have petition for a divorce and did a restraining order against her to preventing her from see her child. He is making false allegations like she was neglecting her child when she never even heard from her husband for days. He is requesting supervised visitation and child support in the divorce petition. Can he do this if he is not legal or how can we find out if he is legal? What should she do bc she is now back in NC w/ her family without a job. And the Army reserves dont have a position for her at this time. We need a lawyer for her and some advice. Please help us. She really need her daughter back and this resolved...
