Is it more likely I have bronchitis or pneumonia?

I feel terrible. I've missed school most of the week (it's gotten a lot worse). I cough a lot, sometimes with yellowish phlegm, I get fevers at night and in the day (not too high), shortness of breath, loss o f apetite, nausea and recently I've started sweating like crazy but I don't have a fever. My doctor has an app. with me tommorow. Yesterday the phlegm was much worse, I'm on 2 antibiotics already so maybe I'm improving?
