Why is the Church of Scientology a Religion?

Scientology is not a religion. A religion is defined by weather you pray to someone or not. Scientology would be regarded as a philosophy because you don't pray to anyone. Much in the same way as Buddhism. Because you don't pray to Buddha, it is considered a philosophy.
