Who would win in a fight...?

I gotta go with Chester Cheetah. Uncle Sam always wants other people to do his fighting for him. I mean his catch phrase is "I want you..." so obviously he doesn't like getting his hands dirty. Chester would be all coked up and would run circles around the old man, eventually giving him a heart attack probably.
