Sore lump in my left armpit?

It's probably just an ingrown hair that got infected. I know a few people, male and female, that this has happened to. If it is an infected ingrown hair, you need to see your doctor for antibiotics. Sometimes that will take care of it. But they may have to cut it open and drain it if it's real bad. Either way, you need to see a doctor. GL :)
