The rudest/hatefulest car salesman i've EVER met.... what could i do 2 report them? plz read...?

long storey short; they got p/o when i ?'ed the finance amount. price of car, 6500 -1500 tradein, leavin 5000 2b financed. they said 7140 would b fin. how?? that's when it became nasty. stupid me agreed anyway. coming home a lite comes on. i call them the next day. she starts DEMANDING i b there by 5 cuz i didn't sign 1 paper. it couldn't happen cuz it was then 4 & i live in a dif state which there/back is over 100miles. she stated if i came n then she would pay my gas, fix the prob + the nonwrking headlgts. i get there @ 6. 1st thing she wants is paper signed. i refuse 2 do so til work is completed. they REALLY get p/o and we argue tellin me it's my fault blames me for the machanic having 2 stay over. yesterday when sgnin papers, she had last pg of contract, i refuse 2 sign til i saw ALL of pgs, she didn't like that. when she got all pgs, i signed. the prob was she pickedup my unsigned copy leaving me the signed copy, her fault which i didn't realize then. machanic checks car..cont...
