I've got a question about Emancipation. Can I do that and be put into my Mothers care and not my grandparents?

when you are emancipated you are put in no ones care. you are then in your own care and must take care of yourself. you can then live with whomever you choose. doesn't sound like mom's to hip to the idea. if she wanted, she could go before a judge and try getting custody of you. if things are as you say with granny and you testify you would have a good chance. better talk to mom about it. good luck
