Broken heart :/ dont know what to do ?!?

this story is so long i could go on forever but ill try cut it short! basiciaalyy i reaallyy like this boy and he asked me out the other day! i was the biggest idiot ever and didnt say yes i was like maybe but i wanna talk to you about it :/ so a few weeks have gone by and neither of us have bought it up again, and to me it seems like the boys job to bring it up and i always go to say something but get scared and go away:/ so today in IT i was late to my cl and everyone was sitting down so i had to sit with people who i want friends with, soo i was looking around and i see this boy that asked me out sitting with my best friend giggling and laughing togetherr! today i get home from school and see my friend and the boy that asked me out both had facebook bout how good I.T was today ! im sure there is nothing probably going on with them but it makes me so jelous! i dont know how to deal with feeling lke this! << any advice on that << ? and also any advice on what i could say to him to ask him about the time i said maybe? thankyouu (:
